I got rid of all saturation and lightened the shadows.

I went to Photo Effects and clicked on colourful centre.

I discarded aal colour information, changed to mode to RBG Colour, changed the paintbrush colour to blue, zoomed in really close and painted the middle.

I went to photo effects and changed the style to monotone. i then went to filters and clicked plastic wrap.
