Photoshop and abstractism is unlike my usual personal style and interest of nature photography, but I do have basic photoshop skills and this style I find so captivating and awesome. I would love to learn and attempt the techniques used in these photos and gain the skills to produce images just as facinating.
The ink and portraiture photograph is my favorite because of the dynamic colours, eyeleading composition and the overall feeling of magic and mystery the photograph portrays. There is very good contrast between the white background and the bright colours and dark shadows on the face.
This photograph has nice eyeleading qualities due to to the face being right on the rule of thirds and the rest of the ink flowing away from it into the negative space behind it. The strongest colours are also put on the rule of thirds bringing focus to the focal point of the portrait.
